OPINION

JACOBSON, Presiding Judge.

The sole issue presented in these appeals is whether A.R.S. § 28-692.02 1 applies to persons whose out-of-state licenses have been suspended, revoked, or refused by their home states.

On separate occasions, appellee Mitchell and appellee Williams were arrested in Yuma County during January, 1981 and charged with driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor while their driver’s licenses were revoked.
