Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia ATLANTA,____________________ June 28, 2018 The Court of Appeals hereby passes the following order: A18A1868. ANYTIME BONDING COMPANY, INC. (MARCELL ALEXANDER VEAL) v. STATE OF GEORGIA. After Marcell Alexander Veal’s arrest, he was released on a $34,400 bond with Anytime Bonding Company, Inc. (“Surety”) as the surety. Veal failed to appear for his arraignment, and the State filed a motion for bond forfeiture. The trial court granted the motion, and scheduled an execution hearing for March 2018.
