F. C. Krotter Co. v. Harbaugh

The Hanford Produce Company, record owner of certain real property in the City of Gregory, South Dakota, executed a written contract with defendant Harbaugh, whereby they sold the said real property to Harbaugh for a consideration of $500, evidenced by a promissory note dated June 1, 1930, and payable October 1, 1930.
