A Gwinnett County jury found Mary Puckett guilty of kidnapping, felony theft by taking a motor vehicle, and two counts each of armed robbery and false imprisonment. She appeals from the denial of her motion for new trial, contending that the evidence was insufficient to support her convictions, that the evidence was insufficient to support a felony sentence on the theft by taking charge, and that she received ineffective assistance of counsel. For the reasons set forth infra, we affirm.
