Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered February 26, 1971, convicting him of robbery in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and sentencing him to a prison term of three years. Judgment reversed, on the law and in the interests of justice, and ease remanded to the Criminal Term for proceedings not inconsistent with the views herein set forth.
