MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER OF REMAND
SPELLMAN, District Judge.
THIS CAUSE comes before the Court upon Plaintiffs Motion for Remand. The background of this case, in brief, is as follows. The Plaintiff is the owner of a local South Florida television station, WSVN (Channel 7), which has been affiliated with Defendant NBC for around 25 years. The Plaintiff alleges that its longstanding relationship was a “joint venture,” and that the continuation of this relationship was a prerequisite for the Plaintiffs future economic success.
