The defendant, Hipólito Ortiz, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of conspiracy to commit burglary in the first degree in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-48 and 53a-101 (a) (2), aiding and abetting burglary in the first degree in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-8 and 53a-101 (a) (2), and aiding and abetting assault in the second degree in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-8 and 53a-60 (a) (2).
