Appellee sought to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained through the negligence of the appellant, its agents and servants, while she *482was a passenger upon one of its cars. The complaint was filed in the Clark Circuit Court, and after successive changes of venue was tried in the court from which this appeal is taken, resulting in a verdict and judgment for $2,000 in favor of appellee.
