AMENDED MEMORANDUM OPINION
COOPER, District Judge.
This action is before the Court on remand from the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, following the appeal by Plaintiff, The Technology Development Company, Ltd. (“TTDC”), from this Court’s order and judgment granting the motion by Defendant, Michael Onischenko, to dismiss the complaint on the ground of forum non conveniens. (Dkt. entry no. 12.)
