This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the probate Court of Logan County, Ohio, denying the application of appellant Clara Dugan, a resident of Logan County, Ohio, for appointment as administrator of the estate of her father, Christopher Froebe, late of Logan County, deceased; and a judgment granting the application of John P. Dickinson, not of kin of *595said decedent, for appointment as administrator of the estate of said decedent.
