Appellee sued the Connecticut General Life Insurance Company (hereinafter called the insurance company) to recover upon a certain group insurance policy, No. G5039, issued'by the insurance company to the Gulf Oil Corporation of Pennsylvania and its subsidiary and affiliated companies.
