Kahbarious Jackson was convicted of various offenses arising out of his participation in a group sexual assault of a woman. Beyond the issues he waived below, he argues on appeal that he received ineffective assistance of counsel when his attorney failed to request lesser included offense charges and that the court unduly restricted his presentation of evidence concerning the victim’s sexual history with Jackson.
