Appellants, individual members of Alaskan Local 1547 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW or International) appeal from the district court’s order1 dismissing their claims for injunc-tive and declaratory relief under § 301 of the Labor-Management Relations Act (LMRA) and §§ 101, 102, 105, 501 and 609 of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (LMRDA). The district court found jurisdiction for the appellants’ claim for declaratory relief under § 501 of the LMRDA, and granted summary judgment as a matter of law to the appellees.2
