In an action for a divorce and ancillary relief, the plaintiff appeals from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Weiner, J.), entered February 27, 2007, which denied her motion, inter alia, to vacate an oral stipulation of settlement, and *890(2) a judgment of the same court entered July 23, 2007, upon the stipulation.
