On this motion to confirm the report of the referee, two sets of objections are interposed to his conclusions.
The first is made on behalf of Beatrice Hoffman to the rejection of her claim. This action of the referee is the result of the failure of the claimant to satisfy him of the existence and validity of her claim and is a pure determination of fact with which the court will not interfere.
