This is a suit brought by the legal owner of a tract of land, Bernard Pachter, to set aside a sale of that land made under the power in a deed of trust. The defendants were L. L. Woodman, Sr. and L. L. Woodman, Jr. as the holders of the deed of trust who foreclosed, Gary Roberts as the substitute trustee, and D. Harold Byrd and Warren Wagner, Inc. as the purchasers at a foreclosure sale.
