Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Hanophy, J.), rendered April 21, 2009, convicting him of murder in the first degree, conspiracy in the second degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

Contrary to the defendant’s contention, the indictment was not jurisdictionally defective (see People v Iannone, 45 NY2d 589, 598 [1978]; People v Lakomec, 86 AD2d 77, 79 [1982]). In light of our determination with respect to this issue, the defendant’s contentions…
