*1056Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Erie County (Joseph R. Glownia, J.), entered March 24, 2005. The order, insofar as appealed from, granted in part defendants’ motion to compel plaintiff to respond fully to all interrogatories and discovery demands.

It is hereby ordered that the order insofar as appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously reversed on the law without costs and the motion is denied in its entirety.
