BRIEANT, Chief Judge.
This, action was commenced by American Savings- Bank on or about December 9, 1991 in New York State Supreme Court, County of Westchester, to foreclose a Mortgage on certain real property known as 23-15 Spring Street located in the Village of Ossining, the County of Westches-ter and the State of New York. The Mortgage was made by defendant Saleski Development, Inc. to American Savings Bank pursuant to the terms of a Consolidation and Extension Agreement dated June 20, 1990 and to secure a Replacement Mortgage Note in the amount of One Million and One…
