hDr. Bryant George and Dura Mater, Inc. filed this application for supervisory writs with this court seeking to set aside a protective order issued by the trial court which has the effect of shielding evidence in the possession of CHRISTUS Health Southwestern Louisiana d/b/a CHRISTUS St. Patrick Hospital (hereinafter referred to as “the hospital” or “St. Patrick Hospital”) from the discovery process.
