FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS AND ORDER ON COMPLAINT TO DETERMINE DISCHARGEABILITY

The matter before the Court is the complaint to determine dischargeability filed by owners of certain condominium units in Mt. Crested Butte, Colorado. Plaintiffs contend that the defendant-debtor, Timothy L. Currin, should be held individually liable for debts of a corporation that, they claim, violated the provisions of Section 523(a)(4) of the Bankruptcy Code and that these debts should be excepted from discharge in Currin’s bankruptcy proceeding.
