Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Sullivan County) to review a determination of the Board of Parole denying petitioner’s request for parole release.
In 1985, petitioner was convicted of two counts of murder in the second degree, two counts of robbery in the first degree and *1115conspiracy in the second degree in connection with the beating death of the father of an acquaintance.
