This case is before us on certificate from the Beaumont Court of Civil Appeals, 9th District. We quote from the certificate:
“The appellants brought suit in the District Court of Jefferson County against the appellee, a railroad corporation, for personal injuries resulting in death. They are the surviving mother and children of the deceased. The injury and death occurred in Hardin County, Texas.
