(After stating the foregoing facts.) This case is before the court on exceptions to the order overruling a general demurrer to the petition. The petition alleges that the International Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers is an unincorporated mutual benefit association; that as members of this association plaintiffs have paid certain dues for which they are entitled to certain life insurance, sick and accident benefits, and pension rights; that the defendant has threatened to take away the charter of Division 648 of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers, of which they are members, and to…
