*736In a matrimonial action in which the parties were divorced by judgment entered May 8, 1997, upon the defendant former wife’s default, and a related action to partition real property, the defendant former wife appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Mc-Nulty, J.), dated March 31, 2004, as denied her motion pursuant to CPLR 5015 (a) (3) to vacate the judgment of divorce.

Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, without costs or disbursements.
