The Petitioner, Ronnie Finch, was convicted of one count of facilitation of first degree premeditated murder and two counts of facilitation of attempted first degree premeditated murder. In this post-conviction proceeding, the Petitioner contends that his lawyer provided ineffective assistance at trial.
