MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

I. INTRODUCTION

This cause is before the court on a Motion to Remand, filed by the Plaintiff on April 19, 1999, and on a Motion to Amend the Complaint, filed by the Plaintiff on May 5, 1999.

The Plaintiff originally filed a Complaint in this case in the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, Alabama, on February 16, 1999.
