Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Tompkins County (Cassidy, J.), rendered March 27, 2015, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of burglary in the second degree and sexual abuse in the first degree.

In the early morning hours of March 30, 2013, defendant was attending a house party in the City of Ithaca, Tompkins County.
