Statement of the Nature and Result of the Suit:
This suit was an action for the cancellation of three deeds to appellants’ homestead of fifty acres of land, on account of a simulated transaction, failure of consideration, and fraud in procuring the wife’s signature to one of the deeds, which was brought by appellants against the appellees.
