Affirming.
The appellant and defendant in the indictment, Walter Q-lenn Taylor, was convicted in the Perry circuit court of the crime of murder, and punished by life im prisonment in the penitentiary. Though his motion for a new trial — which was overruled — contained a number of grounds as alleged prejudicial errors, but two of them are urged on this appeal for a reversal of the judgment.
