This matter came on regularly for hearing on August 27, 1985, on defendant Kennecott Corporation’s Motion for Payment of Certain Discovery Costs. James M. Elegante appeared on behalf of defendant Kennecott Corporation and Rick J. Sutherland appeared on behalf of the plaintiffs.
