The principal point urged for reversal arises upon the second instruction given on behalf of plaintiff; whereby the jury were in effect told, that if the plaintiff with a companion who was driving, was riding in a buggy drawn by a horse along and upon one of the public streets of the city, and that without the fault of the plaintiff, or her companion, they being in the exercise of ordinary care and prudence, the bit of the bridle, on the horse, became loosened so that control of the horse was lost, and thereby the horse became and was unmanageable and ran away, without negligence on the part…
