Allers v. State

Prank L. Allers, on December 7th, 1922, was indicted by the grand jury of Baltimore County for burglarizing, breaking and entering the dwelling house of Thomas D. Hooper and Lula 1ST. Hooper in said county on or about 2 o’clock A. M. of the 8th' day of June, 1922, and with stealing a lot of various kinds of alcoholic beverages, including whiskey and champagne.. He pleaded not guilty and filed a suggestion for removal, which was overruled.
