ORDER

ROY, District Judge.

Now before the Court is the motion of the defendants to either dismiss this case or alternatively, transfer it to the Northern District of Texas. They argue some of them are not subject to personal jurisdiction in Arkansas, that venue is improper in this district, and that the Northern District of Texas is a more convenient forum. 1 For the reasons set out below, the motion is denied.
