MEMORANDUM OPINION ON COMPLAINT TO DETERMINE DIS-CHARGEABILITY AND ON DEBTOR’S MOTION TO AMEND SCHEDULES

This proceeding is before the Court on the complaint filed by Margaret Lucchesi, individually and as administrator of the estate of her deceased husband Louis Lucchesi, who was a brother of the defendant/debtor Vincent A. Lucchesi. The complaint seeks a determination that loans made by Louis and Margaret Lucchesi to the debtor are excepted from discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(3).
