The Defendant has appealed a jury verdict holding it liable for personal injuries received by the Plaintiffs from a sudden criminal assault by third parties while on Defendant’s property.

The American National Bank & Trust Company (Bank) is a national banking institution doing business in Hamilton County where it operates a number of branches and some thirteen 24-hour automated teller machines (ATMs).
