Affirming.
Robert Milton, a motorman in charge of one of appellee’s cars, was injured in a collision which occurred on 'January 5, 1907, between his car and another of appellee’s cars, and died the next day. His. widow, Elizabeth Milton, qualified as his administratrix and brought this suit against appellee to recover damages for the death of the decedent.
