This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis declaring an instrument in writing dated the 14th day of September, 1967, to be the Last Will and Testament of one Marie Ro-gles, deceased. The issues presented on appeal are that the trial court erred in granting a directed verdict in favor of the Respondent on the grounds that Appellants had not made a submissible case of undue influence. We affirm.
