This is an appeal from summary judgment entered in favor of appellee Meredith Corporation (Meredith), and from partial summary judgment in favor of appellee Dr. Charles G. Morris, in a copyright infringement, unfair competition, and disparagement action. Morris and appellant, Dr. Frank B.
