MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This matter is before the Court on the Joint Motion to Seal Plaintiffs’ Memorandum of Law in Support of Motion for Class Certification, (Doc. 70), and Defendant’s unopposed motion to seal its brief in opposition to the same motion for class certification and certain exhibits. (Doc. 74.) A hearing on the motions was held on Febru*727ary 20, 2013.
