Defendant In error, plaintiff in the trial court, brought suit against plaintiffs in error, defendants in the trial court, on certain notes and for the foreclosure of a real estate mortgage to satisfy the same. The land described! in the petition and mortgage was S. E. % of section 7; S. E. % of N. W. % ; S. W. % of N. E. % of section 8; S. % of N. E. % of section 9, T. 6 N., R. 9 E.; and N.
