COLLINGS, Justice.
Clovis Boehme brought this suit against Malcolm Stein to recover damages sustained to his automobile by reason of a collision at a street intersection alleged to have been proximately caused by negligence on the part of the defendant in the operation of another automobile. A jury found Stein guilty of several acts of neg ligence proximately causing the collision and damage to plaintiff’s automobile.
