_]jThis is an insurance coverage dispute. The plaintiff was injured in a log-loading accident when he was struck by a log as his employer’s truck was being loaded with timber. He sued his own employer’s general liability insurer alleging that its Commercial General Liability (“CGL”) policy provided general liability coverage for the subcontractor loading the truck. Both the plaintiff and the defendant insurer filed cross-motions for summary judgment on the issue of coverage.
