Defendant, in a suit at law tried before the circuit judge without a jury, has appealed from a judgment in the amount of $625 for damages which plaintiff alleges he sustained incident to the sale of certain collateral he had deposited to secure payment of his indebtedness to the American Home Security Bank of Grand Rapids. Defendant, Harry Glass, Sr., was appointed receiver of the bank and charged with the administration of its affairs for the purpose of liquidation.
