This is an action in trover for the conversion of five Columbia automobiles. It was originally filed by the Columbia Motors Company, a corporation, but as that corporation was adjudicated a bankrupt, its trustee was substituted as party plaintiff. An order of the bankruptcy court authorized the prosecution of the action by the trustee. The petition, as originally filed, comprised two counts, one for conversion and the other for negligence.
