The plaintiff instituted an action against the defendants pursuant to article 15 of the Real Property Actions and Proceedings Law, claiming title to property located in the Town of Fayette, Seneca County, New York, by virtue of deeds from Homer B. Reigle, the grantor, ard title which was derived through prior conveyances and the original letters patent.
