This is a workmen’s compensation case. The record before us is sufficient to show the Seventy-Eighth district court of Wichita county had jurisdiction of the parties and the subj ect matter.
Mrs. Maruel Alice Shipman and her minor daughter, Wanda Bridges, without a legal guardian acting by and through her next friend, sued the Southern Underwriters to set aside an award of the Industrial Accident Board and for compensation under the Workmen’s Compensation Act for injuries sustained by A.
