The petitioner alleges that he is confined in the county jail of Jasper county under a warrant issued upon an information filed in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of said county, charging the petitioner with the violation of the Local Option Law within the city of Webb City, which law the information charged had been legally adopted in said city.
