MORROW, Presiding Judge.

The offense is robbery; penalty assessed at confinement in the penitentiary for five years.

The law, article 760, C. C. P., is to the effect that bills of exception may be filed within thirty days after adjournment of the term of court at which the trial took place; and in cases tried in courts which by law may continue more than eight weeks, the bills of exception shall be filed within thirty days after final judgment. In either instance the court may, by order entered before the expiration of the thirty days, extend the time within which the bills of exception may be…
