Plaintiff Blessing Ekemezie worked as a pharmacist for CVS Pharmacy, Inc. ("CVS") for twenty-five years, until she was fired on September 12, 2015. She claims that her firing violated federal and District of Columbia law for several reasons, including that it breached the collective bargaining agreement governing her employment and that it was the product of unlawful age- and race-based discrimination.
